• In this role as an ASO UAT Manager, you will be building out a team that is initially focused on planning and testing for a major multi-year SAP Landscape Modernization program (SLM)
• This role will not only focus on the people elements of building a high performing team, but will also be a deeply technical role where you gain expertise across a range of customer journeys and associated transactional systems
• Success in this role will require an extensive degree of proactiveness, inquisitiveness, and an ability to see around corners and help the team identify and test scenarios to thoroughly evaluate the solutions they touch

Some of the key responsibilities in this role include:

• Building and developing a high-performing team of ASO Test Leads at our new India siteTotal responsibility for ASO functional, and cross-functional test scenarios laddering up into the larger SLM programGaining deep subject matter expertise of E2E customer journeys, Order to Cash business processes, and impacted systems
• Driving the development of comprehensive UAT testing strategies (functional and cross-functional)Collaborating with multiple cross-functional partner teams, representing ASO in centralized testing efforts, and driving overall project success
• Leading teams through ambiguity, and providing goal-oriented direction that brings clarity and creates action from uncertainty
• Coordinating among onshore/offshore testing resources, often required to work together for successful testing of UAT scenarios
• Prioritizing work and scenarios for team when time becomes a constraint vs
