.Role & responsibilities

The Project Manage/Dy Manager is responsible for gathering the requirements from internal, external, planning, and implementing project structure. He is also responsible for managing contractors and vendors, ensuring the project life cycle is followed through and performed in accordance with project requirements in accordance with DGM/GM (Engg. Service & Project)

• Preparing documentation for project and CAPEX related proposals with cost effective as per DGM/GM inputs.
• Must have a range of responsibilities, from defining project objectives and scope to developing and managing the project plan, schedule, budget, and resources.
• It is also important to lead and motivate the project team, as well as maintain effective communication with able to manage multiple projects at once and balance the demands of time, resources, quality, and scope.
• Project Inventory check, PR preparation, Item code verification and Co-ordination with purchase, concern managers and contractors for procurement process.
• Must monitor and control the project performance, quality, and compliance.
• He should evaluate and report on the project results, achievements, and lessons learned.
• All these tasks are necessary to ensure that the project deliverables are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
• It is important to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the project management field to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Able to handle the pressure of meeting project deadlines and expectations, as well as delivering the project outcomes and benefits.
• Must be manage the expectations and interests of the Manager and other project team to ensure their satisfaction.
• Implementation of projects schedule and weekly communication for Project progress status with report to DGM/GM (Engg. Service & Project).

Documentation/Reporting Managements

• Upkeeping the project related drawings and documents.
• Ensure all the SOPs are followed at concerned projects.
• Documentation of critical incidents, important happenings, decisions, activities, reports etc. thereby ensuring proper record keeping and maintaining daily reports.
• Maintaining timely and submission of cost analysis reports to DGM/GM.

Preferred candidate profile

• The ideal candidate would be an Engineering Graduate with at least 8-15 years of experience out of which the last 2-4 years must be in leading Refrigeration & Air condition function at the Corporate Level to support multi-Units.
• BE / B. Tech from, a reputed institution in one the following streams - Mechanical
• Prior experience in food processing / Process Industries with cold chain / allied industries will be preferred
