About the Role:

We are seeking a creative Instagram Manager to grow and manage our brands presence on Instagram. The ideal candidate should have expertise in content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement an Instagram content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish high-quality photos, videos, Reels, and Stories.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers to build relationships.
• Growth & Performance: Increase Instagram followers, engagement, and reach through organic strategies and collaborations.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze Instagram insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Influencer & Brand Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Ad Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to create and optimize Instagram ads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Instagram Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite.).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations is a plus.
• Creativity and a passion for social media and digital marketing.
