Senior Manager - Delivery Excellence

Skill set:

- Graduate/ B.Tech in any stream

- Black Belt/Master Black Belt Green Belt certified with hands on experience in driving and implementing Lean

- Complete understanding of IT Software

- In depth knowledge of Software engineering, project management lifecycles, LEAN concepts, DevOPS, QA lifecycles, Agile frameworks

- Good understanding on how enabling functions operate and must have implemented improvement initiatives in enabling functions (HR, Recruitment, Finance, IT etc)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders

- Ability to interact with senior leadership

- Consultative & Solution-oriented: Ability to propose solutions through structured problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Understanding of Statistical analysis

- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities

- Quick learner, innovative, proactive, flexible, and adaptable
