About Park+:

Park+ is already the largest community of 15 Million+ car owners in India. We are building the Super app for car users. We are solving day-to-day problems faced by car users and hence bringing delight back to car ownership. We have built technology-led solutions for parking, FasTag and access control in malls, corporate parks & apartments. Park+ allows users to discover, book and pay for Parking across India. Park+ enabled MG and Hyundai customers to book and pay for parking via the car's head unit infotainment system. In just over 3 years of our existence, every third car in India is already on the Park+ platform.

Park+ access control and parking automation solutions are deployed at prominent locations including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), Cyber Hub (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), and we have installed more than 5,000 residential apartment gates all over India.

Park+ has raised USD 50Mn from marquee investors including Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as from seasoned individual investors - Ashish Hemrajani (BookMyShow), Deep Kalra(MakeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (Cred) and Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal). The company is led by Amit Lakhotia, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT. Amit has previously built 3 multi-billion-dollar businesses and is credited with building Paytm's payments business from scratch. Besides, Amit joined MakeMyTrip and Tokopedia at a very early stage and built significant sized businesses in these unicorns.

ROLE: ZONAL MANAGER

- Hunting role- To source new Enterprise clients in the assigned geography

- Team Management - Hire ,Train and guide team towards achieving common goals

- Identifying Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment, targeting large-scale merchants and strategic accounts.

- Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise organizations, understanding their business objectives and pain points.

- Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present comprehensive merchant acquiring solutions that address clients' specific requirements and deliver measurable value.

- Customization and Innovation: Work closely with product and technology teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of enterprise clients, incorporating the latest innovations and industry best practices.

- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to finalize agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with both client expectations and company objectives.

- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle and providing accurate forecasts to senior management.

- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments impacting the merchant acquiring landscape, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
