Training and Growth Path:

• Initial Training (0-3 months): Youll begin with a probationary period of 3 months, which includes a 1-week onboarding training followed by 1 month of service-specific training. During this period, you will get a crash course on essential topics such as:
  
• Basics of US Healthcare
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Process
• Health Insurance and CPT Codes
• And much more!

• Practical Application (3-6 months): Once your training is complete, youll apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios. You'll be assigned to specific areas within the organization, putting your skills to the test.
• Specialization and Leadership (6 months - 1 year): After 6 months, youll gain expertise in RCM, becoming a specialist in the field. Youll be given the opportunity to choose a specialization, taking on more responsibility and advancing your skills.
• Growth Opportunities (1+ year): After one year, youll have the chance to train new recruits, lead projects, manage multiple accounts, or even lead small teams. The possibilities for growth are endless!

• Department: RCM
• Location: Gurugram, Sector-18 (On-site)
• Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 07:30 PM IST
• Eligibility: Fresh Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree (50% and above) in BA, BBA, or B.Com are encouraged to apply.
