Management Trainee For API Integration

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept API Integration Associate to help our customers and partners successfully leverage our OpenAPI platform. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our platform and its users, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure a seamless integration experience. You will also contribute to improving the overall customer experience by gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our API offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Partner Enablement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners integrating with our OpenAPIs.
• Assist users with authentication, endpoint configuration, and resolving integration issues.

Technical Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve API-related technical issues using tools like Postman, logs, and other debugging methods.
• Work closely with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

• Review, update, and improve API documentation to ensure clarity and ease of use.
• Develop self-help resources, including FAQs, guides, and tutorials, to empower users.

Feedback Loop:

• Collect feedback from customers and partners to identify common pain points and recommend product enhancements.
• Work with product and development teams to prioritize and address user requests.

Proactive Engagement:

• Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new customers and partners.
• Actively monitor API usage patterns to preempt potential issues and proactively offer solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of JSON, XML, and HTTP methods.
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, API monitoring platforms, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
