Management Representative

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage internal quality audits, customer audits, and ISO documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  
• Conduct risk assessments, HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment), OHSAS 18001 audits, and Kaizen initiatives to improve process efficiency.
  
• Develop and implement ISO policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organization's manufacturing facilities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that meet regulatory requirements.
  
• Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant certifications.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial equipment/machinery company.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of QMS implementation, MR (Management Representative) responsibilities under ISO 9001:2015 standard.
