Job Description
The Managing Consultant for transformation programs in the Banking sector will focus on execution and solution design with the following key responsibilities:
1. Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and seniors to design banking technology solutions in leverage data and AI. This includes identifying specific use cases and developing tailored strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, business decisions
2. Execution: Take a hands-on approach in implementation of transformation initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards by actively managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
3. Technical Implementation: Utilize deep expertise in banking technology to guide technical teams in deploying solutions. This includes working directly with data analytics tools, machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms to ensure effective execution.
4. Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze problem statements within client organizations. Develop actionable insights and solutions that address these challenges using data analytics and AI technologies.
5. Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to evaluate the success of implemented solutions.
The following technical and professional expertise is essential:
1. Educational Background: A bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is required. A masters degree is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Experience: Over 8 years of experience in consulting or a related field within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on banking technology and data-driven transformation projects.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL for data analysis.
2. Hands-on experience with data management and data visualization tools for presenting insights
3. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) to support solution development.
4. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying banking technology solutions.
Professional Skills:
1. Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution.
2. Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and project teams.
3. Proven project execution capabilities to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
1. Hands-On Experience: Significant hands-on experience with banking technology implementations, including core banking systems, payment processing technologies, or digital banking platforms.
2. Data Intuition: An intuitive understanding of banking data structures and analytics that can drive decision-making processes within client organizations.
