The Role:
You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering team across the full technology stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new product features and enhancements.
What you will DO:
Manage, build and mentor a talented engineering team
Oversee product development lifecycles, including task allocation, release management and DevOps
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new products and enhancements
Architect and scale the product infrastructure to support a growing user base
You must HAVE:
15+ years of experience developing SaaS products in an enterprise software environment
Proven track record of building and scaling complex web applications
Experience architecting and leading the development of a product from the ground up and the engineering around it
Gone through multiple release cycles and scaled the application across 1000s of users on a multi-tenanted system.
In-depth understanding of full-stack development (front-end, middleware and database - SQL, .NET and JavaScript, etc.)
Experience in web systems architecture, design, development, network and server management on cloud infrastructure (Azure)
The ability to articulate and speak about technology in a forum
Ability to pick up a new domain
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills
Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
Experience with Computer vision libraries, Deep Learning models and the ability to guide product development using these technologies
Experience in a product company / startup (preferred)
