  Roles and Responsibilities:

•   Coordinate the transportation of pharmaceutical products from manufacturing facilities to distribution centers and customers.

•   Implement efficient logistics processes to minimize costs and optimize delivery times.

•   Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth import and export operations.

•   Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the handling and transportation of pharmaceutical products, including temperature control and documentation.

•   Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation services.

•   Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance, to resolve logistics-related issues and improve overall supply chain performance.

•   Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, inventory movements and vendor data base on regular basis. Use data analysis to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and generate regular reports for MIS and management.

•   Notably You need to be flexible and capable of managing work across both the Corporate and R&D locations, as well as the Warehouse.

•   You are required to visit and manage responsibilities across different functions at other office locations as needed.
