Role Description

• Candidates must have sound knowledge of purchase of Electrical items/Machine Parts.,etc.
• Negotiation with vendors.
• Sound knowledge & experience of ERP is must.
• Can able to negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Preparation of Comparative Statement
• Follow up with concerned department for pending payment, generation of road permits & miscellaneous documentation work.
• Ensure timely conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
• Float enquiries to suppliers based on the specification of items required.
• Prepare comparative statement & forward for approval
• Preparation of purchase orders based on the comparative statement or past purchase history.

Experience:

• Having experience of purchase of min. 2-3 years
• Experience in manufacturing sector will be preferred

Qualification: Diploma/BE - Electrical with commercial knowledge.
