As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and partners, playing a crucial role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
• Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Manage the office calendar and assist with administrative tasks.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
• Support other administrative functions as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
