Lead the extraction and migration of contract data from legacy systems to Malbek CLM platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document data sources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of contract information.
Execute data mapping and transformation processes, ensuring accurate and seamless migration of contract data.
Work closely with advise customers to address any challenges or discrepancies during the migration process.
Conduct thorough data validation and quality checks to maintain the integrity of contract information.
Advise customers on best practices in legacy repository migration and metadata extraction strategy to drive value and return on investment as well as exceptional end user experience.
Technical Expertise:
Possess in-depth knowledge of Contract Management Lifecycle systems, including understanding data structures and configurations.
Guide best practices for data migration, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Develop and execute migration plans, ensuring timely and efficient completion of contract data migration projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and project management, to coordinate migration efforts and resolve issues promptly.
Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Implement comprehensive testing procedures to validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated contract data.
Create detailed documentation of the migration process, including data mapping, transformation rules, and validation procedures.
Be proficient in the Malbek CLM features and functions.
Qualifications:
Intimate knowledge of market standards with respect to various contract platforms and artificial intelligence
Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
