Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance overall performance.
  
• Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and coaching to drive their growth and development.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in retail management or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S / B.Com).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead by example.
  
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
