Management Trainee - Tender

• Objective of the Role:

Aim to manage and oversee the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely submission of compliant and competitive bids. By leveraging strong analytical skills and industry knowledge, strive to support business development and secure profitable contracts. Contribute to the organization's growth through effective tender management, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring all submissions align with both client requirements and company capabilities."

Responsibilities

1. Act as an ambassador to drive increased offshore participation in the sales process.

2. Engaging with customer

3. Report generation through inputs from HOD.

4. Lead Generation & effective coordination with sales team for conversion of leads

5. Preparing competitor database.

6. Manage and coordinate with relevant stakeholder i.e. the Sales, presales, Marketing and Delivery organizations throughout the bid & sales cycle

7. Work along with Sales and Delivery teams on RFP/RFQs requirements for proposal content by analysing the bid details, solutioning concepts and associated risks for the project.

8. Tracking of Bid through online mode and Tracking of EMD post bid submission.

9. Creating customer database.
