Job Description
Functional Responsibilities
- Responsible for responding to and resolving the IT issues raised from business units on both applications and systems.
- Provide accurate and effective 2nd level of IT support to end users regarding issues raised from businesses applications and systems.
- Manage hardware and software assets of Malabar Group.
- Responsible for AV/Patch Update.
- Deploy monthly MIS Fixes / Patches.
- Troubleshoot Antivirus definitions and diagnose the applications for bug fixing to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
