Order Management Executive

Job Description:

•Collaborate closely with stores and customers to facilitate the punctual placement of orders, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric ordering process.
•Thoroughly validate each order against the established Planogram to guarantee accuracy and alignment with strategic merchandising plans.
•Execute precise order placement using Rams, demonstrating proficiency in the system to maintain meticulous records and streamline the ordering workflow.
•Effectively coordinate with vendors, overseeing the timely dispatch of goods to stores, fostering a reliable and efficient supply chain.
•Conduct regular inquiries regarding the status of goods, actively addressing and resolving any potential issues to maintain a smooth order fulfillment process.
•Foster strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and coordination, ensuring a collaborative approach to on-time delivery.
•Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in order placement, minimizing errors and optimizing efficiency in the ordering and fulfillment cycle.
•Utilize Rams software for efficient order tracking, providing real-time updates on the movement and status of orders in the supply chain.
•Maintain a customer-centric focus, proactively addressing inquiries and concerns related to order status and ensuring a positive customer experience.
•Contribute to the overall success of the supply chain process by combining meticulous order coordination, Planogram validation, Rams proficiency, vendor collaboration, and proactive communication with stores and customers.
