We are seeking an experienced Finance Team Leader to oversee the financial operations at our Ather Bike Showroom .

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee customer financing options, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions.
- Ensure accurate processing of payments, loans, and financial documentation.
- Monitor compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of consumer financing and financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive or retail finance sector is preferred.
