Sap Fi Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, experience with end-to-end implementations, and the ability to analyze and optimize financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation & Support:
   
• Lead SAP FICO module implementations, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, and system configuration.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues.
2. Configuration:
   
• Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.
3. Process Improvement:
   
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop custom reports, enhancements, and workflows to address client needs.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
   
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and create detailed documentation.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
   
• Ensure adherence to financial compliance and reporting standards.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum [X years] of experience in SAP FICO implementations and support.
• Experience in at least [Insert Number] full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Proficiency in configuring key SAP FICO components such as GL, AR, AP, and Asset Accounting.
• Good understanding of cross-functional modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial compliance standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• SAP FICO certification.
• Experience in SAP Fiori apps and advanced reporting tools.
• Exposure to SAP integration tools (e.g., BAPI, IDOC).
