Corporate Action Analyst

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of corporate action (CA) and dividend-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of critical data.
• Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes.

As a Corporate Actions Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• ⁠ Corporate Action Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of various corporate actions, including dividends, mergers, acquisitions, stock splits, and more.
• ⁠ Equity CA Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of all 50 types of equity corporate actions and their impact on financial markets.
• ⁠ CA Data Sources: Be well-versed in global sources for corporate action announcements and information, ensuring access to accurate and up-to-date data.
• ⁠ Symbology Awareness: Maintain an understanding of symbology and reference data to correctly identify and interpret corporate action data.
• ⁠ Data Collection and Processing: Collect and validate corporate action data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness within specified timelines.
• ⁠ Research Skills: Conduct thorough research using various sources, including prospectuses, financial publications, and regulatory filings, to gather relevant information for corporate action analysis.
• ⁠ Timely Reporting: Prepare reports and communicate corporate action details to relevant teams, ensuring they are informed and can make informed decisions.
• ⁠ Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with corporate actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
