Key skills for the job
1) Provide pricing quotations for RFQs, update order statuses for clients, discuss with the production team, and provide timing for order delivery to clients.
2) Technical Support Experience:
- Understand client needs and requirements and clearly convey how Makenica.com can meet those needs.
3) Inbound Tele Sales Calls:
- Initiate Inbound sales calls to potential clients, primarily over the phone.
- Introduce Makenica.com's 3D printing and vacuum casting services.
- Effectively communicate the unique value propositions and benefits of our products.
4) You should be familiar with basic computer knowledge and be active in your work.
- Proven experience in B2B customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
