Job Summary:
- MakeMyTrip is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and a passion for finding and hiring top talent.
- This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet the company's talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists.
- Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates.
-Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Management: Handle the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
- ATS Management: Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Events: Organize and participate in tech recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
