About the function:

- Supply Strategy team is part of the Hotel Supply Function. This team manages the Overall Strategy, Supply drives, KRAs, Effectiveness and all Analytics requirements for the entire supply organization.

About the role:

- This role will be a part of Hotel Supply Strategy team wherein the incumbent would be supporting the supply growth strategy pillar. The role will lead the Automation charter for the entire Hotels supply ecosystem with a team size of 5-6 people. This role would also be responsible for driving business growth and performance enhancement by enabling supply team with relevant tools, data & actionable insights.

What will you be doing:

- Drive the entire Automation charter for the Hotels supply ecosystem with a team of 5-6 automation analysts

-Provide actionable insights & simultaneously drive execution of multiple projects

- Working closely with various departments like Supply, Category, Revenue to ensure all their needs are catered to and leads to Business growth for the organization

- Regularly create high impact analysis (both qualitative & quantitative) as per business requirement on various agendas & reviews

- Define new process improvement opportunities to help scale the business

- Competitor benchmarking and analysis to scope up new opportunities

- Work with management on business priorities and cater to information need

- Create new tools and dashboards to enable supply team with right insights

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA or Bachelors in Engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics or related discipline from a reputed institute with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
