Responsibilities :

1. Architectural Leadership :

- As a Lead Software Architect, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the overall architectural vision of our software systems.

- This involves setting and enforcing best practices, design patterns, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality software architecture across all projects.

- You will be expected to take a proactive role in shaping the technical direction of the company, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance of the systems are top priorities.

2. Solution Design :

- You will be tasked with designing robust, scalable, and reliable software solutions that meet the companys business needs.

- This includes working closely with product teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into architectural blueprints.

- Additionally, you will ensure that all software designs adhere to security best practices, delivering solutions that are both safe and efficient in production environments.

3. Technical Guidance :

- In this role, you will act as a mentor and technical leader within the engineering team.

- This includes providing hands-on guidance to developers, conducting code reviews, and offering advice on best coding practices.

- You will also be instrumental in solving complex technical issues and guiding the team through the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration :

- As part of a dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI design, and QA to ensure smooth integration and successful delivery of software products.

- Your role will involve balancing technical excellence with business needs, ensuring alignment between the software architecture and product vision.

5. Technology Evaluation :

- You will stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the software development space.

- Your role will involve conducting regular evaluations of new technologies and frameworks, and recommending innovative tools that could improve development processes, product performance, or team productivity.

6. Project Management :

- In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing architectural tasks within projects.

- You will work closely with project managers to ensure that architectural deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined requirements.

- This includes anticipating potential risks, resolving roadblocks, and adjusting plans to ensure smooth project execution.

Who you are :

- Education: Bachelor's or master's in computer science or related field

- Experience: 10+ years in software development & architecture

- Skills: Proficiency in multiple programming languages (beneficial: Java), deep understanding of architectural patterns, cloud platforms (beneficial: AWS), database design, and DevOps practices

- Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving
