Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

* Manage and evaluate entire production process. Contribution to Production planning and budgeting. Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a safe production environment. Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.

1. Knowledge & Experience in Production Planning and controlling ,

2. Good Knowledge and Experience in Machining, Fabrication, Assembly & Sheet metal,

3. Experience in Supply chain Management (QCD) .

4. Experience & Knowledge Problem Solving, Man Power Management, Quality Analyses-RCA / CAPA ,

5. Skill in Staffs & Workers Selection, Employees Engagement with Training & Motivation

6. Leading & Driving team for Good Quality & On time delivery out come , Lead CFT Team ,

7. Proactive Approach -Quality & On time delivery with Optimal cost ,

8. Continual Improvement in Quality , Cost & Delivery ,

9. Ensuring -External & Internal Customer Satisfaction,

10. Reduce Operating Cost & Speed-up Inventory Turn Ratio…

11. Team handling, Decision making skill, SAP, AS, etc.,

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications B.E/B.Tech Mechanical with Minimum 12y exp. in Equipment's manufacturing company, Fabrication must.
