major Incident Manager

Pre-requisites

Profiles willing to work from Bangalore location for 5 days a week from client location only required

Profiles should be willing to work in C2H mode atleast for 3-6 months and then get converted as FTEs

Relevant Exp levels 9 to 12 yrs

Rate card less than 10,000 INR per day

Notice period less than 1 month

Below mentioned is the high level JD the requirement

Must have prior exp handling P1 incidents and show stoppers at an enterprise level

Understand client landscape and the current processes for addressing major incidents

Talk to unit level stakeholders Identify gaps in existing processes

Define and document SOPs

Document the process to handle major incidents

Setup the communication protocol and follow up mechanisms for major incidents

Provide insights into the ongoing process to higher management

Candiate needs to work from client location at Bangalore location and should have strong client facing and stakeholder management skill

Note

Normal ITIL and Incident management profiles will not qualify for this requirement
