Job Description:
Bath & Body Works is hiring a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager for our upcoming store at M5 Mall, Electronic City, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for the store team.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and improve store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• For Store Manager: 4+ years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• For Assistant Store Manager: 3-4 years of experience in retail, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic retail environments.
