Job Description
- Training: Develop and implement training courses for staff, such as on product training, suggestive selling, and service standards
- Onboarding: Work with F&B leaders to create a uniform onboarding process
- Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in the health and safety program
- People management: Demonstrate leadership, communicate effectively, and treat staff as internal customers
- Customer service: Manage customer complaints and inquiries, and frequently talk to customers to improve their satisfaction
- Food safety: Ensure food safety and sanitation requirements are met
- Profitability: Control labor, waste, cash, and yields while managing a shift
- Administrative tasks: Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and schedules
- Communication: Communicate with the district manager as required
- Policies and procedures: Help develop and implement policies and procedures for the restaurant, and ensure that all employees adhere to them
