Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, facilities, and systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all equipment and infrastructure, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergencies, minimizing downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and engineering teams to improve system reliability.
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules to prevent disruptions.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma /Bachelors Degree in Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical
• Experience: 6 – 10 years in maintenance
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC, CNC, VMC, UTILITY, SPM
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and on-call as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Maintenance Engineer.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient maintenance practices.
