Role & responsibilities

1.Day to day management and responsibility for delivering maintenance to mechanical and electrical services, plant and equipment, building, and fabrication work.

2.Knowledge, Operation and Maintenance of Electrical (HVAC-Chiller: Air cooled), Mechanical(Boiler-Steam, Oil boiler), Thermic fluid heater, Compressor( Screw Compressor).  

-Environmental plans, reports and permits in compliance with manufacturers recommendations and state and federal laws.

3.Responsible for leading the Preparing schedule for Preventive maintenance & carrying out Preventive & Predictive maintenance of plant machines and Utilities.

4. Maintains & Pairing documentation on all equipment and machine (PM Check Sheet and Machine Daily Check Sheet) , such as machine manuals, electric circuit diagrams, hydraulic-pneumatic circuit diagrams,assembly drawings, spare part lists, preventive/predictive and emergency breakdown, work orders/instructions

5.Knowledge of proper spare part management and ensure availability and inventory control.

6.Leads the continuous improvement team in order to attain zero breakdowns.

7.Manage the maintenance department that provides technical, project management, emergency response, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance support for process related equipment.

8.Develop, maintain, and justify the departments' budgets related to maintenance and utility.

9.Maintain facility and all utility and Process related used machines.

10.Coordinate and perform scheduled maintenance on facility equipment to support facility-operating requirements

11.Work closely with manufacturing departments to ensure production equipment is maintained on a consistent basis.

12.Continuous training to the supervisors and operators towards the operating of machine and TPM activity.

13.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the team.
