Main Responsibilities / Job Summary
- Preventive Maintenance of the all the machine of Plant.
- Breakdown of Press shop, Weld shop, Pipe shop and Robot
- Maintenance of Utility
- Overall plant maintenance responsibility
- Maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic and Hydraulic Press
- Pro-active approach for press machine issue identification & rectification
- Thoroughly knowledge for press critical spare part maintain
- Cost reduction through TPM activity implementation
- Sound knowledge for Press operation & pipe bending operation
- Documentation of IATF-16949, ISO:45001, 14001 and other documents for the System audit of the Plant
- Zero Breakdown target
- Documents for the Legal Compliance of maintenance Department.
- Electrical and Mechanical breakdown of the plant
- For Each group identify machine losses and set time based targets to reduce MTTR and increase MTBF.
