Executive Maintenance - Weld Shop@Suzuki Motor Gujarat Hansalpur

Roles and Responsibilities

1. - Daily maintenance planning for line operation, PM, and Repair activities.

2. - Spare and Tool procurement planning.

3.- Hands on experience of BIW Shop equipment such as Robotic IT Weld Guns (Denyo, Obara) (NSW stud welder & projection nut welding), Fanuc make robots, PLC, and Servo (Mitsubishi), Shuttle conveyors, SCA Sealant Systems, pneumatic sealer system.

4. - Daily Breakdown analysis.

5.- Work allocation to team members as per their skill

6. - Knowledge for Material Procurement, Spare Management.

7. - Working knowledge of MS Office.

8. - Ensuring safety standards in Weld shop operations.

9.- Why-why analysis and improvement actions

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of Fanuc Robots, Robotic Welding guns of DENYO and OBARA, PLC
