Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance & Periodical maintenance and achieving the targets effectively.

2. Inspection equipment and machinery, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Troubles shooting and resolving issues with mechanical systems.

3. Developing and maintaining schedules for equipments maintenance & performing regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures

4. Maintaining records of equipment maintenance, including reports on tasks performed and incidents

5. Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

6. Coordinating task with other technicians, explaining issues, and conveying technical information

7. Knowledge in Injection moulding, Plastic Extruder and Processing machine maintenance

8. Working level knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics systems.

9. Leading, training, and supervising maintenance workers

10. Improvement, Kaizen & 5S methodology in shop floor

11. Knowledge on IMS standards (ISO, EMS)
