Sansera Engineering is an engineering-led integrated manufacturer of complex and high-precision forged and machined components for the automotive and aerospace sectors, primarily supplying to original equipment manufacturers in India and internationally that are critical for engine, transmission and other systems for the two-wheeler, passenger vehicle and light and heavy commercial vehicle verticals in the automotive sector and non Automotive sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance on all machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and increase productivity.
2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner to prevent production delays.
3. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
4. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce repair costs.
5. Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure that machinery and equipment meet industry standards and safety regulations.
6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs for reference and analysis.
7. Work with external vendors and contractors to procure parts and services as necessary.
8. Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma/Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as industrial automation and control systems.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.
8. Ability to work flexible hours and be on call for emergency repairs when necessary.

Required Skills:

1. 3 to 6 years in experience in CNC and VMC machinery maitenance.
