Engineer - Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the operation and maintenance of MVRE and ATFD plants.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning without breakdowns.
• Achieve zero breakdowns through proactive maintenance strategies.
• Reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
• Independently operate and maintain the ED plant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage spare part inventory efficiently.
• Ensure availability of critical spares to avoid downtime.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to maintenance standards and protocols.
• Effectively lead and manage maintenance teams.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
