Experience - 5 to 8 years relevant exp.

Salary - Based on Current CTC, Exp. & Knowledge

Pref Industry - Chemical/ Food /Fertilizers/ FMCG

Responsibilities-

• Experience in Mechanical system maintenance as well as electrical system maintenance, responsible to undertake scheduled, corrective and breakdown maintenance of engineering equipment or plants. Chemical plant or food industry experience must.
• Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment.
• Create plant preventive maintenance procedures.
• Plan and execute routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
• Analyse breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment, MTBF, MTTR, BD% Offer technical expertise to technicians.
• Trouble shooting of PLC based control system and understanding of field instruments required.
• Manage budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Schedule and obtain project material and manpower.
