Maintenance Engineer

For Electrical/Electronic Engineer.

Role & responsibilities

• A relevant B.Tech, B.E degree, ITI Fitter, Electrician or certification in electronics engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with expertise in repairing electronics PCBs, relevant technologies, systems, or equipment to optimize the time properly.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team.
• Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Candidate is responsible for providing onsite service and support of fitness equipments to customers.
• Candidate is responsible for overseeing the assembly process and seeking for improvements where applicable.
• Manages service report in a timely and effective manner.
• Identifies problems and takes appropriate corrective action.
• PLC Programmer/ Robotic programmer exp.
• Quality Control & F.Q.C
• Portable 3D measurement M/C operator/programmer.
• Prepares service reports for each service, necessary documentation and updates in the system.
• Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 0-1 years in Electronics PCB repairing & maintenance, Extensive knowledge of maintenance, repair & diagnostic of issue, Fitness Equipment service.

For Mechanical Engineer.

Role & responsibilities

• A relevant B.Tech, B.E, Diploma, or ITI degree or certification in Mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidate is responsible for providing onsite service and support of fitness equipments to customers.
• Candidate is responsible for overseeing the assembly process and seeking for improvements where applicable.
• Candidates should have Auto CAD Knowledge.
• Identifies problems and takes appropriate corrective action.
• Designing Systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
• Perform a full lifecycle product development.
• Prior experience in Fitness Equipment service would be advantageous.
• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Fitness equipment production and maintenance

We are looking for fresher Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electronic Engineer & ITI fitter for our Manufacturing plant in Ambada Naka-Ghonsai, Wada & Dahisar, Mumbai.
