Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs focused on CCNA certification, networking principles, and system support.
• Train candidates on resolving server, network, and desktop-related issues using practical, hands-on methods.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and lab exercises, to facilitate comprehensive learning.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with advancements in networking technologies and CCNA certification requirements.
• Offer one-on-one guidance to trainees, ensuring they achieve their learning objectives.
• Use clear communication and real-world examples to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on participant progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including CCNA certification.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction.
  
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and assessments.
  
• Proficiency in system support and troubleshooting.
  
• 2-4 years of experience in teaching or training in a similar field (networking).
