1 Main Teacher Job

Billabong International High School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Main Teacher Art & Design (Secondary) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Art & Design to students at various levels and helping them develop their skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (MNQF Level 7) in Art & Design or an equivalent qualification in sciences.
• A Diploma (MNQF 5) or a higher teaching qualification certificate.
• Must be proficient in English language (speaking and writing).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of subject concepts and principles.
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans and teaching strategies.
•  Experience working with diverse student populations.
•  Relevant experience in teaching Art & Design (IGCSE & A' Level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Art & Design or a related field.
• Teaching experience in an international school and demonstrate knowledge of Cambridge Art & Design syllabus.

Salary and benefits

• MVR 14,000.00 - MVR 23,000.00 per month
