- Graduated mechanical engineer with leadership experience with a
small team
- The best would be to hire somebody who has experience with similar
type of equipment selling for both municipal and industrial customers.
- Minimum of 8-10 years job experience in sales of mechanical equipment.
- Good communicator in direct customer contacts with Key accounts
- Strategic thinker in crafting marketing and business strategies
- Highly customer oriented, a strong team player, self-motivated, highly reliable and loyal, ambitious and honest.
- Language: Fluent local Indian language and fluent English
Job description
- To accelerate sales growth to both existing and target customers, and
expansion of channel through technical support, introduction and
proposal of products;
- To visit and develop close contact, to build a long-term relationship
with appropriate functions of the customers (both existing and
potential) and accelerate to adopt products and develop replacement
market;
- To analyze the Indian market and make a proposal of business
strategy to the corporate in order to ensure the future growth of the
business and implement as agreed;
- To materialize visible and stronger market penetration.
- To be responsible for budgets and its control based on the agreed
sales and marketing plan;
- To submit a yearly and a quarter strategic plan as being requested
and have an agreement with the head office.
- To submit monthly report including activities, market situation,
competitor information, expense
- control of sales and marketing
- To be fully responsible for compliance including local laws, company s global confidentiality and Non- Disclosure Agreements.
