Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging across all platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize social media growth and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and new tools to ensure clients are ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all digital platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build meaningful relationships with the online community.
• Take ownership of social media projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met consistently.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in social media management, including strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and social media growth tactics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.
• Ability to think creatively and develop original content ideas that drive engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).
• Experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
