Quality Engineer-TPA

Role & responsibilities

Job description:

• Ensuring quality control by monitoring incoming raw materials, in process & final inspection of products related all testings, records and ISO documentations.
• Ensuring quality of product & delivery, managing overall operations of testing and involved in production operations, including coordinating with marketing, managing manpower, checking supplies & ensure uptime of equipment.
• Assure the quality of outsourced materials and maintain the documentation through SAP.
• Assure the quality of raw materials (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE and Scrap) used for manufacturing.
• Coordinating with team members for defect free incoming and analyzing the problem using QC tools like A3 Sheets, FMEA, and Six sigma.
• Indicating the observed failures at incoming products and taking corrective actions.
• Meet the supplier to develop the product.
• Preparing daily reports and monthly records relevant to BIS License.

• Product testing as per pipe irrigation Indian standards, approve the final product, Maintaining ISO documents as well as perform Internal ISO Audits and related activities periodically.

Job Specification:

Qualification:

• Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology from CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology),
• Working proficiency of MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
• Exposure to ISO, Kaizen and 5S.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic industry.
