Job Title: General Medicine -Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/SR

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced medical professionals to join the Department of General Medicine at Gautam Buddha Chikitsa Mahavidyalaya, Subharti Hospital, a 780-bedded multi-specialty teaching hospital. The role involves clinical care, teaching, research, and academic responsibilities to train the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Clinical Care & Patient Management:

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, including diabetes, hypertension, infectious diseases, and multi-organ disorders.
• Collaborate with specialists for multidisciplinary patient management.

✅ Teaching & Academics:

• Conduct lectures, bedside teaching, case discussions, and clinical demonstrations for MBBS students.
• Guide students and residents in evidence-based medicine and best clinical practices.
• Supervise thesis and research work.

✅ Research & Publications:

• Encourage and participate in clinical research, medical conferences, and publications.
• Promote an environment of academic excellence and innovation.

✅ Administrative & Quality Improvement:

• Participate in hospital committees, medical audits, and quality control initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to medical protocols, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior Resident: MD/DNB in General Medicine.
• Assistant Professor: MD/DNB in General Medicine with at least one year of Senior Residency experience.
• Associate Professor: Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant Professor.
• Professor: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Associate Professor and 8 years of total teaching experience.
