We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our After Sales team at Mahavir Motors . As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up on Service reminders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting after-sales services. Your role will be vital in maintaining strong relationships with customers post-purchase and assisting in resolving queries related to vehicle servicing, warranties, and accessories.

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers for service reminders, maintenance updates, and service campaigns.

• Handle inbound calls related to after-sales queries, issues, and concerns.

• Provide detailed information on after-sales services such as servicing, spare parts, and accessories.

• Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer feedback post-service.

• Ensure customers are satisfied with the dealership's services by addressing inquiries or complaints promptly.

• Maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers through phone calls and emails.

• Upsell after-sales products and services, such as extended warranties, insurance, and accessories.

• Inform customers about ongoing promotions or service packages.

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to the After Sales Manager regarding customer interactions, sales opportunities, and service appointments.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Educational Qualification: Minimum High School Diploma (12th grade). A Bachelors degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or the automotive industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with automobile after-sales services, including repairs, maintenance, and parts, is beneficial.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

• Customer-Oriented: Passionate about customer service and relationship-building.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

• Languages: Fluency in English & Telugu.
