Seeking enthusiastic Fresher KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) Representative and embark on a rewarding career path in the dynamic field of customer service. Responsibilities:
. Handle customer inquiries via email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
. Ability to focus and learn a process quickly with clarity.
. Provide accurate information and Data when requested by Client or by Management.
. Process tickets & Deliver accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and
guidelines.
. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further
assistance and resolution.
. Maintain customer Data accurately and securely, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
. Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction ratings, response times, and quality metrics.
. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and promote a positive brand image.
. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of services, and customer service best practices.
. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers while remaining calm and composed under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office applications and web-based tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by
business needs.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and
concerns.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
