Senior Resident/Associate Consultant/Consultant Anaesthesia

Role & responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in various clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, emergency department, and specialty units.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and interpretation of findings.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, including diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and follow-up care, in collaboration with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and supervise junior residents, interns, and medical students, providing guidance, feedback, and support in clinical decision-making, patient management, and professional development.
• Conduct teaching sessions, case discussions, and bedside rounds to enhance medical knowledge, clinical skills, and evidence-based practice among trainees.
• Participate in academic conferences, journal clubs, and grand rounds presentations to contribute to medical education and scholarly activities.
