Architect Head

Role & responsibilities

1. Design Leadership

- Develop and oversee architectural concepts and designs for residential projects.

- Ensure that designs align with the companys vision, brand identity, and client requirements.

- Introduce innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions.

2. Project Oversight

- Lead the design process from concept development to final execution.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design standards and resolve any architectural challenges.

3. Team Management

- Build, mentor, and manage a team of architects and designers.

- Delegate tasks, review work, and provide constructive feedback to the team.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure project approvals and compliance.

- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers as needed.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance

- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all projects.

6. Strategic Contribution

- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and innovations to keep the firm ahead of the curve.

- Contribute to strategic planning for future projects and initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the real estate or construction industry.

- Strong creative and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

- Excellent project management and leadership skills.

- Strong understanding of sustainability and green building practices.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
