Degree / Diploma Holders in Rubber Technology, with minimum exposure of 5 to 7 years of actual Production, Quality Control & Upgradation. Primary duties would include Quality Control, Rubber Testing, RM assessment, New Product Development, FG Sample Testing, Ongoing innovation in Rubber Formulations and Compounding, Process upgradation.Responsibilities: Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control procedures. Conducting regular quality inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. Analyzing test results to identify and address quality issues. Rubber Testing: Overseeing physical and chemical testing of rubber compounds to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilizing various testing equipment, such as tensile testers, hardness testers, and rheometers. Raw Material Assessment: Evaluating the quality and performance of raw materials, such as rubber, fillers, and chemicals. Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating favorable terms. New Product Development: Collaborating with R&D teams to develop new rubber compounds for specific applications. Conducting trials and testing to evaluate the performance of new formulations. Finished Goods Sample Testing: Testing finished goods samples to verify compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Analyzing test results to identify areas for improvement. Innovation and Process Upgradation: Implementing innovative techniques to improve the efficiency and quality of the compounding process. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Leading initiatives to reduce costs and minimize waste.
