Job Description
Preparation of Financial models of Term Loan, Feasibility Report, Detailed Project Reports, and Information Memorandums for various for Real estate projects for submission to banks for raising funds.
Preparation of Financial models for the new project for Management Discussions to enable them to know the feasibility of the project so as to take a wise decision.
Financial Modeling, Valuation and related sensitivity analysis,
Expertise in financial modeling, bankable DPR preparation, project structuring.
Plan & execute the process for bank Proposals,
Preparing & draft the proposals for getting funds from the Banks or FI's,
Preparation of CMA data /Projection and project report
